Due to budget cuts, the Internal Revenue Service is not able to supply libraries with the full range of printed tax forms, instruction booklets, and tax publications provided in the past. For 2020 income taxes, only the following income tax forms will be available at main library: 1040. These forms will become available at the main library around late February of 2021.
Instruction booklets will be available for patrons to photocopy at .10 per page.
Call 1-800-829-3676 to order tax products to be delivered by mail (order as early as possible)
The local North Carolina Department of Revenue has state forms, instructions, and publications… but no federal materials.
