Get Ready Campaign by the IRS

Due to budget cuts, the Internal Revenue Service is not able to supply libraries with the full range of printed tax forms, instruction booklets, and tax publications provided in the past. For 2016 income taxes, only the following income tax forms will be available at main library: 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ.

Instruction booklets will be available for patrons to photocopy at .15 per page.

Call 1-800-829-3676- to order tax products to be delivered by mail (order as early as possible)

The local North Carolina Department of Revenue has state forms, instructions, and publications…but no federal materials.
